摘 要:目的分析昆明地区HIV-1抗体确证阳性标本蛋白印迹试验(WB)带型分布特点,为制定艾滋病防控策略提供科学依据。方法根据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》,用HIV抗体快速检测法和酶联免疫法筛查8603份HIV-1抗体阳性标本,筛查阳性的标本再用WB确证。结果在8603份HIV-1确证阳性标本中,10条带(全带)占44.5%,9条带占14.1%,8条带占24.3%;3条带最少,占0.04%。各种带型中,抗env(外膜蛋白)检出率最高,gp160、gp120、gp41分别为100.0%、99.9%、99.0%;其次是抗pol(反转录酶蛋白),p66、p51、p31检出率分别为98.4%、96.8%、93.4%;抗gag(核心蛋白)检出率较低,p55、p39分别为53.5%、55.0%。不同性别感染者的gp41、p55、p39、p17带型检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄感染者的gp41、p55、p39、p24、p17带型检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同民族p55、p39检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除p24外,不同传播途径感染者的其他带型检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆明地区HIV-1抗体确证阳性标本中,8条及以上带型较多;不同性别、年龄、民族、传播途径的感染者的HIV-1抗体WB带型存在差异。Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of western blot(WB)band patterns in HIV-1 positive samples in Kunming,and to provide scientific evidence for formulating HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategies.Methods According to the“National AIDS testing technical specifications”,HIV-1 antibody positive samples were screened by using rapid HIV-1 antibody test and ELISA,WB was used to confirm the samples.Results In 8603 HIV-1 antibody positive samples,44.5%had 10 bands,14.1%had 9 bands,24.3% had 8 bands,0.04% had 3 bands.The highest detection rate of WB band patterns was anti-env(envelope protein),such as gp160(100.0%),gp120(99.9%)and gp41(99.0%),followed by anti-pol(reverse transcriotase protein),such as p66(98.4%),p51(96.8%)and p31(93.4%).Of the anti-gag(core protein),the band detection rate was lower,such as p55(53.5%),p39(55.0%).There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate of gp41,p55,p39 and p17 between different gender(P<0.05).The detection rate of gp41,p55,p39,p24 and p17 between different age was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference in the detection rate of p55,p39 between different ethnic was statistically significant(P<0.05).Between different transmission route,except for p24,the other bands detection rate had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the HIV-1 positive samples in Kunming,possess 8 bands or more.There was difference in the detection of WB bands between the people with different gender,age,ethnicity and transmission route.
