摘　　要：目的调查某单位女性职工的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况及基因型分布,为女职工的宫颈癌防治提供依据。方法采集278名健康体检女性的宫颈组织标本,用PCR+膜杂交法检测21种HPV的基因型。结果278名健康体检女性中有27人检测到HPV,检出率为9.71%。高危型HPV检出率最高的是HPV52(2.52%),低危型HPV检出率最高的是HPV81(1.44%);检出率最高的年龄组是50~<60岁,检出率为15.22%,最低的年龄组为<30岁,检出率为3.03%,不同年龄组的HPV检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.026,P=0.197)。<30岁年龄组以低危型感染为主,≥60岁以高危型感染为主。结论本单位女职工HPV检出率较低,但30~<40岁和50~<60岁年龄组相对较高。应定期体检,加强HPV监测。Ob jective To investigate the status of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and the dis tribution of genotype among female employees in a department,and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer among female workers.Methods The cervical tissue samples were collected from 278 female employees who underwent physical examination in the center.PCR+membrane hybridization method was used to detect the genotype of 21 kinds HPV.Results Among the 278 female,27 were HPV positive,with a positive rate of9.71%.The highest detection rate of high-risk HPV was HPV52(2.52%),the highest detection rate of low-risk HPV was HPV81(1.44%).The age group with the highest positive rate was 50-<60 years old,with a positive rate of15.22%,and the lowest age group was<30 years old,with a positive rate of 3.03%,there was no statistical difference in the positive rate between age groups(χ^(2)=6.026,P=0.197).Genotype distribution in age group showed that low-risk infection was dominant in<30 years old group,high-risk infection was dominant in≥60 years old group.Conclusion The HPV infection rate of female staff in this center was low,but the age 30-<40 and 50-<60 were relatively higher,so regular physical examination and strengthening HPV monitoring were of great significance.
