摘  要:为研究卧式强力混合机的混合过程和机理,提高混合效率,本文采用DEM软件对强力混合机的混合均匀性和效率进行研究。首先建立卧式强力混合机的数值仿真模型,分别对混合原料粒度、填充率、含水量、转子组件4个参数进行研究,分析其对物料混合时间、混合均匀性和转子部件磨损的影响规律,最后通过正交试验验证数值仿真结果的有效性。研究结果表明:含水量对混合度有显著影响;在填充率为10%、转速为55 r/min、表面能为3 J/m^(2)、含铁原料和溶剂粒度为8.5 mm,燃料粒度为6.5 mm时,筒内混合度最好。In order to study the mixing process and mechanism of horizontal intensive mixer and improve the mixing efficiency,DEM software is used to study the mixing uniformity and efficiency of intensive mixer.Firstly,a numerical simulation model of the horizontal intensive mixer is established;and then the influence of 4 parameters,such as the particle size of the mixed raw material,the filling rate,the water content,and the rotor components on the material mixing time,the mixing uniformity and the wear of the rotor components,are studied and analyzed;finally,the validity of the numerical simulation results is verified by orthogonal tests.The results show that the water content has a significant effect on the mixing degree;the best mixing degree in the cylinder is achieved at 10%filling rate,55 r/min speed,3 J/m^(2) surface energy,8.5 mm particle size of iron-containing raw material and solvent,and 6.5 mm particle size of fuel.
