内配碳双层球团抗压强度的影响因数分析

摘  要:为了使球团内层充分氧化和还原,提高球团矿的抗压强度,本文以磁铁矿和赤铁矿混合料为原料,对球团的内层进行配碳,然后进行造球、干燥、预热和焙烧,研究内径、碱度、赤铁矿和磁铁矿配比对球团矿抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着内径的增加,球团矿的抗压强度先升高后降低,当内径为6~8 mm时,球团矿的平均抗压强度最大,为3265 N/P;随着配比的增加,球团的抗压强度先升高后降低,当赤铁矿和磁铁矿配比为3∶7时,球团矿的抗压强度最大;随着碱度的增加,球团的抗压强度逐渐增加。当球团内径为6~8 mm,赤铁矿与磁铁矿的配比为3∶7以及碱度为1.0时,成品球团矿的抗压强度最高,为3319 N/P。In order to fully oxidize and reduce the inner layer of pelleting and improve the compressive strength of pellets,the mixture of magnetite and hematite is used as raw materials to carbonate the inner layer of pelleting.And then the carbon is pelletized,dried,preheated and roasted to study the influence of the ratio of inner diameter,alkalinity,hematite and magnetite on the compressive strength of pelleting.The results show that the compressive strength of pellets increases and then decreases with the increase of inner diameter,and the average compressive strength of pellets is 3265 N/P when the inner diameter is 6~8 mm;the compressive strength of pelleting increases and then decreases with the increase of proportion,and the compressive strength of pellets is maximum when the ratio of hematite and magnetite is 3∶7;the compressive strength of pellets gradually increases with the increase of alkalinity.The highest compressive strength of the finished pellets is 3319 N/P when the inner diameter of pelleting is 6 to 8 mm,the ratio of hematite to magnetite is 3∶7 and the alkalinity is 1.0.
