摘 要:近年来,气体疗法在肿瘤诊疗中的作用逐渐成为了研究的热点,但气体缺乏肿瘤内富集和控制性释放的能力,无法控制体内气体的浓度,导致其对肿瘤的治疗效果受限及不良反应的发生。纳米气体制剂能够实现肿瘤部位的有效富集以及控制气体释放,也可以实现肿瘤部位的成像,利用多功能纳米载体平台将气体治疗与其他治疗方式相结合,能够提高肿瘤治疗的疗效并减少单一疗法的不良反应。本文主要介绍刺激响应性纳米气体制剂,并对其在肿瘤诊疗中应用的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the role of gas therapy in tumor diagnosis and treatment has gradually become a research hotspot.However,gas lacks the capability of being enriched and controlled release within tumors.And it is impossible to control the in vivo concentration of gas so that there are limited therapeutic effect on tumors and the occurrence of side effects.Gas generating nano-formulations may achieve effective enrichment of tumor sites,control gas release and allow for tumor site imaging.It is also capable of improving the efficacy of tumor treatment and reducing the side effects of monotherapy by using multifunctional nano-carrier platform to combine gas therapy with other treatments.This review focused upon stimulus-responsive gas generation nano-formulations and summarized the latest researches of its application in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
