摘 要:当今社会是一个终身学习理念日益普及的时代,培养大学生由被动吸收知识到主动探索、自我更新和优化知识的良好习惯对提高高等教育质量来说事半功倍。因此,如何提升大学生自主学习的意愿对提升高等教育质量意义重大。一般来说,学生如果在学习中拥有愉悦的学习体验便可能产生自主学习的内驱力,当然这对于无论是小学生还是大学生同样适用。近年来,培养学生"内驱力"的话题屡见不鲜,但是如何培养?可谓仁者见仁智者见智,但都缺乏一定的理论基础。心流理论提出了个体专注投入某项活动需要的九个条件,围绕这些条件,本文提出提高大学生自主学习意愿的思路及课堂教学设计方法。Cultivating college students from passive to active absorbing knowledge as well as maintaining self-renewal can get twice the result with half the role to improve the quality of higher education.Therefore,how to improve college students’ willingness of independent learning is of great significance to improving the quality of higher education In general,if students have the joyful learning experience in learning may drive of autonomous learning.Of course,this applies to both primary school students and college students.In recent years,the topic of cultivating students’ "drive" is common,but how to cultivate? it can be said that different stakeholders have different views,but they all lack a certain theoretical basis.Flow theory suggests that,in all walks of life who can focus on investment is indispensable to the state of an activity of nine important condition,drawing lessons from the thought of the theory,the paper put forward the ideas and teaching design methods of improving college students’ willingness to study independently.
