摘　　要：合肥市沃野花园项目二期10,11号楼外墙外保温系统出现开裂、空鼓、渗漏等质量缺陷,为对缺陷进行修缮,采用热工性能较好的石墨模塑聚苯保温板代替无机保温砂浆进行外墙外保温系统施工。由于石墨模塑聚苯保温板节能、防火性能满足要求,且具有易裁切、吸水率低、造价低等优点,使外墙外保温系统缺陷修缮达到良好效果。介绍缺陷部位外保温系统铲除、切缝,耐碱玻璃纤维网格布铺贴,石墨模塑聚苯保温板铺贴,抹浆、挂网等施工技术。结合无人机和红外热成像技术,对楼栋外立面无机保温砂浆质量缺陷进行调查、排查,根据排查结果进行分类修缮。通过在新旧外保温系统交接部位采用耐碱玻璃纤维网格布双翻包技术,有效解决不同外保温系统接槎部位开裂、渗漏等问题,利用BIM技术对保温板进行预拼装,节约了材料,降低了成本。The external wall external thermal insulation system of No.10 and No.11 buildings of the second phase of Hefei Woye Garden Project has quality defects such as cracking, hollowing, leakage, etc. In order to repair the defects, graphite molded polystyrene insulation boards with better thermal performance are used instead inorganic thermal insulation mortar, which is used for the construction of external wall external thermal insulation system. Because the graphite molded polystyrene insulation board meets the requirements for energy saving, fireproof performance, and has the advantages of easy cutting, low water absorption and low cost, the defects of the external wall external thermal insulation system can be repaired with good results. This paper introduces the removal and slitting technology of the external thermal insulation system of defective parts, the technology of laying and pasting alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth, the technology of pasting and plastering the graphite molded polystyrene insulation board, and the technology of hanging the net. By drones and infrared thermal imaging technology to investigate and troubleshoot the quality defects of the inorganic thermal insulation mortar on the facade of the building. Classified repairs based on the investigation results were carried out. By adopting the double-turning technology of alkali resistant glass fiber mesh cloth at the handover of the old and new external thermal insulation systems, the problem of cracking and leakage in the joints of different external thermal insulation systems can be effectively solved. By using BIM technology to pre-assemble the insulation board, materials are saved and costs are reduced.
