摘 要:为更好地了解缓粘结预应力混凝土构件受力性能,设计制作设有缓粘结预应力钢绞线和有粘结预应力钢绞线的自平衡反力框架梁试件,通过对框架梁进行静力加载试验,分析试验梁荷载与跨中位移、普通钢筋应变、预应力钢绞线应变的关系,并根据试验现象对破坏过程、破坏模式、裂缝开展和分布情况等进行分析。研究结果表明,缓粘结预应力混凝土梁表现出良好的裂缝分布形式,在控制裂缝宽度、改善裂缝分布方面优于有粘结预应力混凝土梁;在有粘结预应力混凝土梁与缓粘结预应力混凝土梁受力过程中,荷载-跨中位移曲线形态相似,缓粘结预应力混凝土梁刚度、挠度、承载力略大,抗裂性能略好,且卸载后表现出良好的变形恢复能力;混凝土开裂后,缓粘结预应力钢绞线起承担荷载的作用,具有良好的黏结性能及与周围混凝土较好的共同工作性能。In order to understand the mechanical properties of retard-bonded concrete members better, a self-balancing frame beam with retard-bonded pre-stressed steel strands and bonded pre-stressed steel strands is designed and manufactured. Through the static load test of the frame beam, the relationship between the load of the test beam and mid-span displacement, normal rebar strain and strain of the pre-stressed steel strands is analyzed. The failure process, failure mode, crack development and distribution are analyzed according to the test phenomena. The results show that retard-bonded pre-stressed concrete beams have good crack distribution, which is better than bonded pre-stressed concrete beams in controlling crack width and improving crack distribution. During the stress process of bonded pre-stressed concrete beams and retard-bonded pre-stressed concrete beams, the load-span displacement curves are similar, the stiffness, deflection and bearing capacity of retard-bonded pre-stressed concrete beams are slightly larger, the crack resistance is slightly better, and good deformation recovery have showed after unloading. Retard-bonded pre-stressed steel strands acts as load-bearing object, which has good bonding performance and works well with surrounding concrete after the concrete cracking.
