炙甘草汤加减治疗心悸的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用炙甘草汤加减治疗心悸的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月至12月期间维西县人民医院收治的90例心悸患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各有45例患者。采用炙甘草汤加减对观察组患者进行治疗,采用稳心颗粒对对照组患者进行治疗。然后对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、室性早搏的发生频次、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血清B型利钠肽(BNP)的水平及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率、LVEF均高于对照组患者,P<0.05;其室性早搏的发生频次、血清BNP的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。在治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用炙甘草汤加减治疗心悸的效果较为理想,可有效地改善此病患者的心功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of z hi gancao Decoction on palpitations.Methods:A total of 90 patients with palpitation admitted to Weixi County People’s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object.These patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Zhi gancao Decoction,and the control group was treated with Wenxin granule.Then,clinical efficacy,frequency of premature ventricular beats,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and LVEF of observation group were higher than those of control group,P<0.05;The frequency of premature ventricular beats and the level of BNP in serum were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Treating palpitations with zhigao Decoction has a better effect,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with this disease,and has a high safety.
