四种复方丹参制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对血清炎性因子水平和氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较用四种复方丹参制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对患者血清炎性因子水平和氧化应激指标的影响。方法:将160例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为甲组、乙组、丙组和丁组。分别用复方丹参颗粒、复方丹参胶囊、复方丹参片、复方丹参滴丸对甲组、乙组、丙组、丁组患者进行治疗,然后比较四组患者的临床疗效、血清炎性因子和氧化应激指标的水平。结果:丁组患者治疗的总有效率高于其他三组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,丁组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平均低于其他三组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,丁组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平高于其他三组患者,其血清丙二醛(MDA)的水平低于其他三组患者,P<0.05。结论:与用复方丹参颗粒、复方丹参胶囊、复方丹参片治疗冠心病心绞痛相比,用复方丹参滴丸治疗此病的效果更好,能更有效地改善患者机体的炎症反应和氧化应激状态,缓解其心绞痛的症状。Objective:To compare the effects of four kinds of compound salvia miltiorrhiza preparations on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the effects on serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes of patients.Methods:160 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D.Compound salvia miltiorrhiza granules,compound salvia miltiorrhiza capsules,compound Salvia miltiorrhiza tablets and compound salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills were used to treat group A,group B,group C and Group D,and then the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes of the four groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of d group was higher than the other three groups,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)and hypersens itive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)in group D were lower than those in the other three groups,P<0.05.After treatment,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)level in ding group was higher than that in the other three groups,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level was lower than that in the other three groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with compound salvia miltiorrhiza granule,compound salvia miltiorrhiza capsule and compound Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is better,can improve the inflammatory response and oxidative stress state of patients more effectively,relieve the symptoms of angina pe ctoris.
