“苍龟探穴”针法联合正骨理筋手法治疗颈型颈椎病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析用“苍龟探穴”针法联合正骨理筋手法治疗颈型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年11月东莞市南城医院收治的78例颈型颈椎病患者作为研究对象。按照随机单双数法将其分为对照组和观察组。用正骨理筋手法对对照组患者进行治疗,用“苍龟探穴”针法联合正骨理筋手法对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者颈椎屈曲、旋转、后伸的幅度均大于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)的评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用“苍龟探穴”针法联合正骨理筋手法治疗颈型颈椎病的效果显著,能有效地减轻患者的临床症状,改善其颈椎的活动度。Objective:To analyze the effect of“Canggu probing point”acupuncture combined with bone setting and tendon manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Dongguan Nancheng Hospital from September 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with bone-setting and tendon manipulation,and patients in the observation group were treated with canggu acupoint acupuncture combined with bone-setting and tendon manipulation,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than contr ol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the amplitude of cervical flexion,rotation and extension in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Canggu probing acupoint acupuncture combined with bone-setting and tendon manipulation is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the range of motion of cervical spine.
