摘　　要：脑脊液切口漏是后颅窝开颅术后常见的并发症。目前,临床上通常采用重新缝合皮肤切口、硬脑膜、进行腰大池引流术、脑室外引流术等方法对接受后颅窝开颅术后发生脑脊液切口漏的患者进行治疗,但效果不够理想。本文报道了用脱脂棉球对1例接受后颅窝开颅术后发生脑脊液切口漏的患者进行辅助修复治疗的过程及体会。Leakage of cerebrospinal fluid incision is a common complication after posterior fossa craniotomy.At present,the patients with cerebrospinal fluid incision leakage after posterior fossa craniotomy are usually treated by resuturing skin incision,dura mater,lumbar cistern drainage and external ventricle drainage,but the effect is not ideal.A case of cerebrospinal fluid incision leakage after posterior fossa craniotomy was treated with absorbent cotton ball.
