摘　　要：围绕和服务于林草国家战略目标、提供科技智力支撑的林业和草原部门规划院,在践行生态文明建设中应把握机遇,提出新理念新思想新战略,打造杰出团队、多出优秀成果、提供优质服务、发挥先行引领作用,加强林草建设,大力推进林草现代化和高质量发展。Focusing on and serving the national strategic objectives of forestry and grassland,the design institutes of Forestry and grassland departments,which provide scientific and technological intellectual support,should grasp the opportunity and put forward new ideas,new ideas and new strategies in carrying out the construction of ecological civilization,we will build an outstanding team,produce outstanding results,provide high-quality services,play a leading role,strengthen the construction of forest and grass,and vigorously promote the modernization and high-quality development of forest and grass.
