摘  要:采用平板对峙法从长期开展小麦赤霉病抗性鉴定的鉴定圃土壤中分离筛选出一株具有广谱抗真菌活性的微生物菌株DY04.结合菌落形态观察和16S rDNA基因序列分析,将其鉴定为多粘类芽孢杆菌.通过灌根、穗部喷洒原菌液和穗部喷洒发酵液等3种施药方法研究多粘类芽孢杆菌菌株DY04对小麦赤霉病的防效和小麦产量的变化.结果表明:将该菌株灌根处理可有效防治小麦赤霉病,防治率达58.43%;同时,小麦籽粒千粒重比对照增加8.83%,理论产量增加45.21%.A microbial strain DY04 with broad-spectrum antifungal activity was isolated and screened using plate confrontation method from nursery soil where long-term study on the resistance of Fusarium head blight(FHB)of wheat was carried out.The strain was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa by colony morphology analysis and 16S rDNA gene sequencing.Three field application methods,namely root irrigation,spraying with viable bacteria on panicle and spraying with fermented liquid on panicle,were used to assess the control effect of DY04 on FHB and wheat yield.The results showed that root irrigation can effectively control FHB,resulting in a maximum control rate at 58.43%;thousand-grain weight of wheat was 8.83%higher in root irrigation group than that of the control,leading to 45.21%increase in the theoretical yield.
