摘  要:基于cpDNA分子标记对白杄天然分布区(内蒙古自治区、山西省和河北省)内的9个群体进行遗传多样性及亲缘关系研究.结果表明:正蓝旗群体的遗传多样性最高,小五台山群体的遗传多样性最低;白杄9个群体的Fst为1.033%,Nm为6.1726;白杄群体的遗传变异主要存在于群体内部,群体间存在广泛的基因交流且不易受环境影响.多伦群体的多态位点数(S)最多,对环境变化的适应能力更强;机械林场群体的单倍型个数(H)和单倍型多样性(Hd)最丰富,遗传多样性高于其他群体;大石洞群体与正蓝旗群体的遗传距离(D)最小(D=0.0008),机械林场群体与小五台山群体的遗传距离(D)最大(D=0.0160);根据群体遗传距离进行聚类,在0.36524~0.39788取值时分为3类,河北的机械林场群体自为一类,内蒙古的九峰山群体与山西的小五台山群体聚为一类,其他6个群体聚为一类.The genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 9 Picea meyeri populations in the natural distribution areas across Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Shanxi Province and Hebei Province were studied based on chloroplast DNA(cpDNA)molecular markers.The results showed that the genetic diversity of Zhenglanqi population was the highest while that of Xiaowutaishan population was the lowest,Picea meyeri's 9 populations with the degree of population differentiation index(Fst)and gene flow(Nm)being 1.033%and 6.1726,respectively.The genetic variation of Picea meyeri population was moderate among all the populations,indicating sufficient gene exchanges between groups and less susceptibility to the environment.The number of polymorphic sites was high in Duolun population,implying higher adaptability to environmental changes and stability within the population.The number of haplotype and haplotype diversity peaked in the Jixielinchang population,implying higher genetic diversity than others.The genetic distance(D)between Dashidong population and Zhenglanqi population was the smallest(D=0.0008)while that between mechanical forest farm population and Wutaishan population was the largest(D=0.0160).According to cluster analysis based on genetic distance within 0.36524-0.39788,the 9 populations were divided into 3 categories,with the mechanical forest farm population in Hebei being an independent category,Jiufengshan in Inner Mongolia and Xiaowutaishan in Shanxi clustered,and the other 6 groups grouped together.
