摘　　要：目的评价节律性听觉刺激联合健康操对帕金森患者平衡和运动功能及生活自理能力的影响。方法选择符合入组条件的60例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复护理方法,观察组在此基础上采用节律性听觉刺激联合帕金森健康操进行干预。观察对比两组患者训练前、训练后3月平衡功能(Berg平衡量表)、运动功能(UPDRSⅢ)及日常生活活动能力(UPDRSⅡ)等指标的变化。结果观察组的BBS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且运动功能及日常生活活动能力得到有效提高,UPDRSⅢ及UPDRSⅡ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论节律性听觉刺激联合健康操训练可改善帕金森患者的平衡和运动功能,提高患者的日常生活活动能力,值得在帕金森病患者的临床护理及居家照护中推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of rhythmic auditory stimulation combined with fitness exercises on balance,motor function and life self-care ability of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 60 patients with Parkinson's disease who met the enrollment criteria were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group,there were 30 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The control group adopted conventional rehabilitation nursing methods.Sexual auditory stimulation combined with Parkinson's health exercises to intervene,observe and compare the changes in balance function(Berg balance scale),motor function(UPDRSⅢ)and daily life activity capacity(UPDRSⅡ)of the two groups of patients before and after training.Results The BBS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and motor function and ability of daily living activities were effectively improved.The UPDRSⅢand UPDRSⅡscores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Rhythmic auditory stimulation combined with aerobic exercise training can improve the balance and motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease and improve their daily life activities.It is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing and home care for patients with Parkinson's disease.
