摘 要:通过理论分析顺层长钻孔瓦斯抽采负压变化对煤体瓦斯向钻孔运移的作用机制,基于流体力学理论推导出瓦斯气体在钻孔内运移沿程的阻力方程。结合顺层长钻孔在煤矿井下掘进工作面现场试验研究结果,分析了不同孔段负压沿孔长的变化规律,建立了顺层长钻孔瓦斯抽采流—固耦合模型,分析了影响瓦斯抽采效果的主控因素,并通过分析现场应用数据,证实了长钻孔瓦斯抽采工艺技术在本煤层瓦斯抽采中的优势。研究成果可为顺层长钻孔抽采瓦斯工艺技术大面积推广应用提供相应的科学依据。In this paper,the mechanism of gas migration from coal mass to drilling is analyzed theoretically by the negative pressure change of bedding long drilling gas drainage,and based on the theory of fluid mechanics,the resistance equation of gas migration in drilling is deduced.Combined with the field test and research results of bedding long drilling in the underground driving face of the coal mine,this paper analyzes the variation law of negative pressure along the length of drilling in different sections,establishes the fluid-solid coupling model of bedding long drilling gas drainage,analysis the main controlling factors affecting the gas extraction effect.Through the analysis of the field application data,the advantages of gas extraction technology of long drilling gas drainage in this coal seam are confirmed.The research results can provide scientific basis for the popularization and application of bedding long drilling gas extraction technology in a large area.
