四子种王胶囊联合西药治疗弱畸精症疗效及对患者抗苗勒管激素、抑制素B的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨四子种王胶囊辅助西药治疗弱畸精症疗效及对患者抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、抑制素B(INHB)的影响。方法:选取弱畸精症患者180例,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,各90例。对照组给予常规西药,研究组在对照组基础上给予四子种王胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月。统计两组治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前、治疗1个月、3个月后精子密度、活动率、畸形率、精子活动力(慢速直线运动、快速直线运动、原地不动)、精浆AMH、血清INHB含量、性功能障碍(IIEF-5)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为83.33%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后研究组精子密度、活动率高于对照组,畸形率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后研究组精子原地不动数量低于对照组,慢速直线运动及快速直线运动数量高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月、3个月后研究组AMH、INHB含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前、治疗1个月、3个月后两组IIEF-5评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四子种王胶囊辅助西药治疗弱畸精症疗效显著,有助于上调AMH、INHB,降低精子畸形率,提高精子活率及活动力,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Sizi Zhongwangwang capsules on western medicine in the treatment of oligo-astheno-teratospermia and the effect of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and inhibin B(INHB)content.Methods:180 patients with oligo-astheno-teratospermia were selected according to simple randomization,90 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was given Sizi Zhongwangwang capsules based on the control group,all treated for 3 months.The treatment effect,adverse reactions and sperm density,activity rate,deformity rate,sperm motility(slow linear motion,fast linear motion,in situ),seminal plasma AMH,serum INHB content,and sexual dysfunction(IIEF-5)before treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment were counted in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 83.33%higher than that in the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the sperm density and activity rate of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the deformity rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the number of sperm immobilization in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the number of slow linear motion and fast linear motion was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the content of AMH and INHB in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IIEF-5 scores between the two groups before treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sizi Zhongwang capsule assisted western medicine in the treatment of oligo-astheno-teratospermia has a significant effect,which helps to increase AMH and INHB,reduce the rate of sperm deformity,improve sperm viability and motility,and has high safety.
