广西援非医疗工作回顾与展望

摘　　要：援外医疗工作是我国对外援助工作的重要组成部分,是构建人类卫生健康共同体的具体行动。广西援非医疗工作始于上世纪七十年代,经过40多年的实践、发展和完善,取得较好成绩,不仅得到了上级有关部门的充分肯定,同时也得到了受援国政府和人民的热烈欢迎和广泛赞誉。该文对广西40多年来援非医疗工作情况进行回顾和展望。Medical aid to foreign countries is an important part of China′s aid to foreign countries,and is a concrete action to construct the human health community.Guangxi′s medical aid to Africa began in the 1970s.After more than 40 years of practice,development and improvement,it has achieved good results.It has not only been fully affirmed by the relevant departments at the higher level,but also been warmly welcomed and widely praised by the governments and people of the recipient countries.This paper reviews and anticipates Guangxi′s medical aid to Africa over the past 40 years.
