冷冻联合龙珠软膏、派特灵治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冷冻联合龙珠软膏、派特灵治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及可行性。方法将2019年3月—2020年6月在邯郸市中心医院就诊的80例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组冷冻治疗后外用红霉素软膏;观察组冷冻治疗后先外用龙珠软膏,疣体完全消退后改用派特灵治疗,记录2组患者冷冻治疗后不良反应、疼痛时间、水肿时间、皮损修复时间,比较2组治疗3个月后效果及复发率。结果2组患者冷冻后皮损处均有不同程度的疼痛及局部水肿、水疱或糜烂感染情况,对症处理后均消失,观察组皮损疼痛时间、水肿时间、皮损修复时间均明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为95.0%(38/40),复发率为12.5%(5/40),对照组分别为77.5%(31/40)和40.0%(16/40),2组总有效率及复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论冷冻联合龙珠软膏、派特灵治疗尖锐湿疣效果好,冷冻后的不良反应消退快,伤口愈合快,复发率低。Objective It is to observe the curative effect and feasibility of cryotherapy combined with Longzhu ointment and Paitling in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods Eighty patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in Handan Central Hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received external use of erythromycin ointment after cryotherapy;the observation group first received external use of Longzhu ointment after cryotherapy,and after the warts were completely resolved,they were treated with Paitling.The adverse reactions,pain time,edema time and skin damage repair time of the two groups after cryotherapy were recorded in the two groups,the effect and recurrence rate of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results After freezing,the skin lesions of the patients in the two groups had varying degrees of pain and local edema,blisters or erosions,which disappeared after symptomatic treatment.The pain time,edema time and skin repair time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 95.0%(38/40),the recurrence rate was 12.5%(5/40)in the observation group,and those in the control group respectively were 77.5%(31/40)and 40.0%(16/40),there were significant differences in total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(both P<0.05).Conclusion Cryotherapy combined with Longzhu ointment and Paitling has a good curative effect in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.The adverse reactions after freezing subside quickly,the wound heals quickly,and the recurrence rate is low.
