摘 要:目的探讨不同强度搏击操对女大学生肺通气功能和体脂含量的影响。方法将80名女大学生,随机分成对照组、低强度组、中强度组、高强度组,各20名。低强度组、中强度组、高强度组3组女大学生分别接受连续18周不同强度的搏击操训练。对照组则正常学习、生活、上体育课。检测并比较训练前后受试者的肺通气功能指标(包括肺活量、用力肺活量、最大通气量、1秒用力呼气容积、25%~75%肺活量时的用力呼气流量、呼气峰流速与吸气峰流速)及体脂含量。结果训练前,各组受试者的各项肺通气功能指标及体脂含量差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。训练后,对照组的各项肺通气功能指标和体脂含量与训练前比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);低强度组、中强度组和高强度组受试者的各项肺通气功能指标均较训练前提升(均P<0.05),以高强度组提升最明显;低强度组、中强度组和高强度组受试者的体脂含量均下降(均P<0.05),以中强度组下降最明显。结论不同强度搏击操均可有效地增强女大学生的肺通气功能,降低其体脂含量;高强度搏击操增强肺通气功能效果最佳,中强度搏击操降低体脂含量效果最佳。Objective To investigate the effects of different intensities of Kwando aerobics on pulmonary ventilation function and body fat content in female college students.Methods Eighty female college students were randomly divided into control group(n=20),low-intensity group(n=20),medium-intensity group(n=20)and high-intensity group(n=20).Female college students in the low-,medium-and high-intensity groups undertook the Kwando aerobics training with different intensities for 18 consecutive weeks,while the students in the control group studied routinely,lived a normal life,and took a gym class commonly.The subjects′pulmonary ventilation function indicators(including vital capacity,forced vital capacity,maximal voluntary ventilation,forced expiratory volume in one second,forced expiratory flow between 25%and 75%of vital capacity,peak expiratory flow,and peak inspiratory flow)and body fat content before and after the training were detected and compared.Results Before the training,there was no statistically significant difference in the subjects′pulmonary ventilation function indicators or body fat content among groups(all P>0.05).After the training,the indicators of pulmonary ventilation function or the body fat content in the control group did not statistically differ from those before the training(all P>0.05);the indicators of pulmonary ventilation function of the subjects in the low-,medium-and high-intensity groups were increased as compared with those before the training(all P<0.05),and the most remarkable increment was seen in the high-intensity group;the subjects in the low-,medium-and high-intensity groups exhibited decreased body fat content(all P<0.05),and the most significant reduction was observed in the medium-intensity group.Conclusion Different intensities of Kwando aerobics can effectively improve pulmonary ventilation function and reduce body fat content in female college students.The high-intensity Kwando aerobics shows the optimum improvement effect on pulmonary ventilation function,while the medium-
