摘 要:文章将聚酰胺弹性体(PAE)和聚乳酸(PLA)进行熔融纺丝制备了PLA/PAE共混纤维,探讨了共混体系的断面形貌和共混纤维的热学性能、结晶和力学性能。测试结果表明:PAE分散性良好,共混体系呈两相分离形态。随着PAE含量增加、共混纤维结晶度提高,PLA与PAE之间存在相互作用。4.8倍牵伸下共混纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和断裂比功均先增加后减小;当PAE含量为10%时,4.8倍牵伸共混纤维的力学性能最佳,其断裂强度提高了45.5%,断裂伸长率和断裂比功分别提高了10.2%和43.6%。PLA/PAE blended fibers were prepared by melt spinning.The cross section and the thermal,crystallization and mechanical properties of the blended fibers were explored.Results showed that PAE elastomer had good dispersibility,and a two-phase separation appeared in the blend system.With the increase of PAE elastomer content,the crystallinity of the blended fiber increased,and there was an interaction between PLA and PAE.The breaking strength,elongation at break and work at break of the 4.8 times drawn blended fiber all increased first and then decreased.When the PAE elastomer content was 10%,the mechanical properties of the 4.8 times drawn blended fiber was the best.Its breaking strength was increased by 45.5%,the elongation at break and the work at break were increased by 10.2%and 43.6%,respectively.
