摘 要:本文所研究的是火电机组6/10 kV等级高压辅机耗电率的目标核定,核定方法分为两类,一类为理论计算方法,另一类为理论结合统计方法。对于理论计算方法,给出了详细的理论计算过程。对于理论结合统计方法,给出了相应的计算方法,并提供了1000 MW等级机组的统计结果。以某1050 MW超超临界燃煤机组作为研究目标,确定了该机组主要辅机耗电率的目标值。将该机组主要辅机耗电率实际值与核定目标值相比较,分析部分辅机耗电率偏高的原因,为电厂指明了节能方向。The target calculation of the power consumption rate of 6 kV high-voltage auxiliary units of thermal power units was studied in this paper,. The calculation methods were divided into two categories, one was the theoretical calculation method, the other was the theoretical combined statistical method. For the theoretical calculation method, the detailed theoretical calculation process was given;for the combination of theory and statistical method, the corresponding calculation method was given, and the statistical results of the 1000 MW grade units were provided. Taking a 1050 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit as the research object, the target value of the main auxiliary power consumption rate of the unit was determined. By comparing the actual value of the main auxiliary unit’s power consumption rate with the approved target value, this paper analyzed the reasons for the high power consumption rate of some auxiliary machines, and pointed out the direction of energy saving for the power plant.
