摘  要:火力发电厂系统复杂,运行、检修人员通过KKS编码识别、定位生产现场每一个设备。因此,KKS编码是火力发电厂开展安全生产的基础。随着火力发电厂精细化管理要求逐步提高,对KKS编码详细、精准程度的要求也逐步提升。本文基于设备状态检修项目实施需求,分析现有设备KKS编码在设计及使用过程中存在的问题,针对性地提出了KKS编码优化方案,有效提升了KKS编码的适用性与实用性,为火力发电厂完善KKS编码体系提供了参考。The system of thermal power plant is complex, and the operation and maintenance personnel identify and locate each equipment on the production site through KKS code. Therefore, KKS code is the basis of safety production in thermal power plant. With the gradual improvement of refined management requirements of thermal power plants, the requirements of detailed and accurate KKS coding are also gradually improved. Based on the implementation requirements of equipment condition based maintenance project, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and use process of existing equipment KKS code, and puts forward the optimization scheme of KKS code, which effectively improves the applicability and practicability of KKS code, and provides reference for thermal power plants to improve the KKS coding system.
