摘  要:在变电设备智能检测平台系统的开发应用中,前端仪器数据格式不统一、难以与平台系统有效互联的问题长期存在,本文对变电站内输变电设备状态检测智能化过程中的数据处理模式进行研究,以前端模块的形式开发检测仪器与智能检测平台系统间的数据传输节点。通过对前端模块功能需求的研究,明确了智能检测平台系统中前端模块需具备的主要功能及应用优势;通过对于前端模块通信规约的设计及数据处理过程的研究,解决了针对不同类型检测仪器的通讯问题;对各个检测项目的特点,设计了有针对性的操作流程并完成了操作界面设计,可为智能检测数据的大范围高级应用提供基础技术支撑,所开发前端模块已成功应用于多类带电检测仪器的智能化改造。In the development and application of intelligent detection platform for transformer equipment, the data format of the front-end instrument is not uniform and difficult to connect with the platform system effectively. This paper has researched into the data processing mode during intelligent process of status detection about electric equipment, and develop the data transmission medium between testing instruments and intelligent testing platform system in a form of front-end module. By researching on functional requirements of the front-end module, making clear the main functions and application advantages of front-end module in intelligent detection platform system;By designing of communication protocol and researching into data processing, Solving the communication problem for different types of testing instruments;According to the characteristics of each detection project, the targeted operation process and operation interface is designed.This paper’s research can also provide technical support for advanced data application of intelligent detection in large-scale.
