鼻唇沟筋膜蒂皮瓣隧道转移修复鼻背中下部软组织缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻唇沟筋膜蒂皮瓣隧道转移修复鼻背中下部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2020年2月,徐州医科大学附属医院烧伤整形外科收治10例因体表肿瘤切除后形成的鼻背中下部小面积软组织缺损患者。所有患者均采用鼻唇沟筋膜蒂皮瓣隧道转移来修复鼻背中下部缺损区。结果:本组10例皮瓣全部存活,伤口均一期愈合。患者术后随访2~12个月,皮瓣厚薄、色泽、质地与周围皮肤相近,外形满意。结论:鼻唇沟筋膜蒂皮瓣血运可靠、供区隐蔽,是鼻背中下部软组织缺损修复的较好方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasolabial fold retrograde fascia pedicle flap tunnel transfer to repair soft tissue defects in the middle and lower nasal back.Methods From February 2017 to February 2020,the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University,admitted 10 patients with small soft tissue defects in the middle and lower nasal dorsal parts caused by resection of body surface tumors.All patients used the nasolabial fascia pedicle flap tunnel transfer to repair the middle and lower part of the nasal dorsum defect.Results All 10 skin flaps in this group survived,and the wounds healed at first stage.The patients were followed up for 2-12 months after the operation.The thickness,color and texture of the flaps were similar to those of the surrounding skin,and the appearance was satisfactory.Conclusions The nasolabial fascia pedicle flap has reliable blood supply and concealed donor site.It is a better way to repair soft tissue defects in the middle and lower parts of the nasal dorsum.
