摘　　要：目的:探讨Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗交界痣的临床疗效及对术后复发的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年7月于笔者医院行CO_(2)激光治疗交界痣的338例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(169例)及观察组(169例)。对照组给予CO_(2)激光治疗,观察组给予Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗。比较两组治疗效果、结痂时间、创面愈合时间及红斑持续时间;观察两组患者术后即刻及术后24h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及治疗后1周、1个月的温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分变化情况,比较两组治疗后3个月、6个月的复发率及对美观、治疗效果的满意度;统计两组患者增生性或凹陷性瘢痕、色素沉着及皮肤萎缩等不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组结痂时间短于对照组(P<0.05),两组创面愈合时间及红斑持续时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1周、1个月的VSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月及6个月的复发率均低于对照组,对美观、治疗效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),两组对舒适的满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗交界痣,可提高治疗效果,缩短结痂时间,减轻瘢痕严重程度,并能降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Q-switched Nd:YAG pulse laser on junction nevus and its influences on postoperative recurrence.Methods A total of 338 patients with junction nevus undergoing CO_(2) laser treatment our the hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.They were divided into control group(169 cases)and observation group(169 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with CO_(2) laser,while observation group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG pulse laser.The curative effect,scab formation time,wound healing time and erythema duration were compared between the two groups.The changes in scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)at immediate and postoperative 24h,and Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)at 1 week and 1 month after treatment in both groups were observed.The recurrence rate at 3 and 6 months after treatment,and satisfaction with aesthetics and curative effect were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions such as hyperplastic or depressed scars,pigmentation and skin atrophy in both groups was statistically analyzed.Results The total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scab formation time in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wound healing time or erythema duration between the two groups(P>0.05).VSS score at 1 week and 1 month after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),recurrence rate at 3 and 6 months after treatment was lower than that in control group,and satisfaction with aesthetics and curative effect was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comfort satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Q-switched Nd:YAG pulse laser in the treatment of junction nevus can improve the cur
