毫火针联合得宝松及复方甘草酸苷胶囊对斑秃患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察毫火针联合得宝松及复方甘草酸苷胶囊对斑秃的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分成两组,治疗组(60例)采用毫火针针刺联合得宝松外敷及复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗,对照组(60例)仅使用得宝松外敷及复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血γ干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor necrosis factor–α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8),采用流式细胞检测仪检测CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞分数。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率73.33%,与对照组比较,治疗组的总有效率明显增高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CD8^(+)均有不同程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均有不同程度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,观察组的IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CD8^(+)明显降低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:毫火针联合得宝松及复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗斑秃疗效确切,可降低患者血清IFN-γ水平。Objective To observe the effect of milifire needle needle combined with diprospan and compound glycyrrhizin capsules on alopecia areata and the effect of immune function.Methods 120 cases alopecia areata patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(60 cases)was treated with milifire needle needle combined with diprospan and compound glycyrrhizin capsules.The control group(60 cases)used milifire needle needle combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect peripheral blood interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8).Theflow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+).Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,CD8^(+)had decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)had increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,CD8^(+)had decreased,and CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)had increasedin the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).None of the patients had obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Milifire needle needle combined with diprospan and compound glycyrrhizin capsules are effective in treating alopecia areata and can reduce the serum IFN-γ.
