润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗面部寻常痤疮的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年12月在青海红十字医院就诊的297例寻常痤疮患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组149例,观察组148例。对照组使用异维A酸软胶囊+甲硝唑软膏,观察组使用异维A酸软胶囊+甲硝唑软膏+润燥止痒胶囊。对比两组的治疗效果、治疗前与治疗后的血常规、肝肾功能指标、痤疮皮损疼痛程度、皮损数量及满意度。结果:观察组治疗有效率89.86%,高于对照组的81.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组的红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血肌酐及血清尿素均未出现明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组的痤疮皮损疼痛评分、粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、皮损总量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗中度寻常痤疮,可改善疗效,降低痤疮皮损的严重程度,提升患者的满意度,具有良好的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Runzaozhiyang capsule in treating facial acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 297 patients with acne vulgaris who attended Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.All patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 149 cases in the control group and 148 cases in the observation group.The control group used isotretinoin soft capsule+metronidazole ointment,and the observation group was used isotretinoin soft capsule+metronidazole ointment+Runzao Zhiyang capsule.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups,blood routine before and after treatment,liver and kidney function indexes,pain degree of acne lesions,number of lesions,and satisfaction.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.86%,which was higher than 81.21%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the red blood cell count,white blood cell count,platelet count,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum creatinine,and serum urea did not change significantly in the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after treatment,the pain score,acne,papules,pustules,and total skin lesions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in the treatment of patients with acne vulgaris moderate levels can improve the treatment effect,reduce the severity of acne lesions,improve patient satisfaction,and have good safety.
