摘　　要：近年来,浓缩血小板这一治疗技术因其成分多样、作用广泛,已在多个临床学科使用并取得良好效果。随着研究的逐步深入,临床对浓缩血小板的认识已经从早期单纯的止血、纤溶、修复作用上升到免疫、杀菌及再生功能。治疗功能的逐步增多使得对浓缩血小板的精准运用提出了更高的要求,这需要一个指导原则来配合临床治疗方案的制定。中医理论中君臣佐使的组方思想与这一需求不谋而合。该理论匠心独运,追求精简药物的排兵布阵,精准突破,可以很好地指导浓缩血小板的临床应用。这是浓缩血小板治疗中一个新的思路和探索,为后续的研究开阔了思路。Platelet concentrate(PC)has been widely used in many clinical disciplines in recent years and has achieved good results due to its diverse components and extensive functions.With the deepening of the research,our understanding of PC has increased from the simple functions of hemostasis,fibrinolysis and repair to the functions of immunity,sterilization and regeneration.The gradual increase in therapeutic function has raised higher requirements for the precise use of PC,which requires a guiding principle to coordinate with the formulation of clinical treatment plans.The"emperor,minister,assistant and envoy"composition principle of herbal prescriptions is in accord with this demand.This theory is ingenious and unique in the pursuit of streamlined drug array and precise breakthrough,which can well guide the clinical application of platelet concentrate.
