摘　　要：习近平德法兼治观作为习近平法治思想中的组成部分,内容丰富,逻辑严密,体系完备,不仅是对社会历史经验的总结,也是对治国理政规律的深刻认识和把握。“法治”和“德治”作为国家治理的重要手段,二者相辅相成,相得益彰,协同发力。习近平德法兼治观作为国家治理的实践结晶,与当前整个国家的发展需要有效契合。通过分析理论逻辑、价值逻辑以及现实逻辑来剖析习近平德法兼治观的形成逻辑,从而全面地理解和把握习近平德法兼治观的丰富内涵。As a part of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,Xi Jinping's concept of virtue and law has a rich content,rigorous logic and complete system.It is not only a summary of social and historical experience,but also gradually developed on the basis of a deep understanding and grasp of the laws of governance."Rule of law"and"rule of virtue",as an important means of national governance,complement each other and reveals a cooperative strength.Xi’s morality of governance as the practice crystallization of national governance meets the needs of current development of the whole country.This paper,through the analysis of theory logic,value logic and reality logic,analyzes the formation logic of rule of law and rule by virtue,so as to comprehensively understand and grasp the rich connotation of Xi’s morality and governance.
