摘　　要：网络技术的发展推动了图书馆的网络化,图书馆信息服务水平也逐渐提高。针对图书馆用户到馆率低和信息素养低、图书馆用户资源管理现状不容乐观的现状,笔者提出加强图书馆用户资源管理的途径有:文献资源优质化;用户服务个性化;用户数据系统化;使用机制循环化。The development of network technology has promoted the network of library,and the level of library information service has been gradually improved.But the library user resource management status is not optimistic,mainly as follows:number of users visiting the library is not big enough and their information literacy is not high.In view of this situation,the author puts forward several ways to strengthen the library user resource management:to qualify the document resources,personalize user service,systematize user data,and recycle use mechanism.
