空港枢纽机场巴士运行与服务评价体系研究

摘　　要：为提高空港枢纽机场巴士运行效率与服务水平,分析航空旅客换乘机场巴士过程中运行与服务水平的影响因素,结合新一代信息技术发展下枢纽旅客服务智慧化的趋势,从机场巴士基础设施配置合理性、旅客服务设施能力匹配、集散效率、换乘效率、机场巴士调度效率、服务水平6个方面,构建一套体现空港枢纽特有属性的机场巴士运行与服务评价指标体系.以某市空港枢纽为例,提出通过模糊综合评价法建立机场巴士运行与服务的分析模型,得到该枢纽的机场巴士运行与服务综合评价结果,为机场巴士及枢纽整体运行与服务的优化和改善提供决策支撑.In order to improve the operation efficiency and service level of airport shuttle buses in airport hubs,this research investigated the factors affecting the operation and service level of passengers in the process of transferring airport shuttle buses,and considered the trend of smart passenger services under the development of new generation of information technology.The evaluation system of airport shuttle bus operation and service that reflect the unique attributes of airport hubs was established based on the following six aspects:the rationality of airport shuttle bus infrastructure configuration,the matching of passenger service facilities,collection and distribution efficiency,transfer efficiency,airport shuttle bus dispatch efficiency,and service level.Taking an airport hub as an example,this research proposed to establish an analysis model of airport bus operation and service through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and obtained the comprehensive evaluation result of the airport shuttle bus operation and service of the hub,which could provide decision-making support for optimizing and improving the operation and service of the airport shuttle bus at the hub.
