摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识需要与时俱进的民族事务治理法治化研究与推进民族事务治理的法治实践并行。依法开展民族事务的法治化建设是捍卫国家统一、加强民族团结的必然要求,依法维护国家通用语言文字的法律地位是我国社会主义法治体系的统一要求,认真执行国家政策的安排和部署是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法定义务。In order to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation,we should study and promote the legalization of governance of ethnic affairs to keep abreast of the times.To push for national reunification and reinforce unity among ethnic groups,it is an inevitable requirement to legalize the governance of ethnic affairs.To safeguard the legal status of the national common language according to law is a unified requirement of China’s socialist rule of law.To consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation,it is a legal obligation to faithfully implement the national policies.
