摘　　要：本文利用历史文献和医学理论探讨了唐蕃大非川之战时地理环境因素对战争过程的影响,认为地理环境造成的疾病限制着唐蕃双方各自的生存空间拓展,高原疾病和战术失误是唐军失败的主要原因之一,也是造成此后唐军困于青海无法深入高原的重要原因。笔者通过现代医学观念重新分析寒疠及高原反应,考证大非川之战的发生地,以确定地理环境问题的实际影响,以及高原环境对唐蕃双方的制约。This paper uses historical documents and medical theories to discuss the influence of geographical environment factors on the war process during The Battle of Dafei River between the Forces of the Tang Dynasty and the Tibetan Empire.This paper bolds that the diseases caused by geographical environment limited the expansion of the living space of the Tang Dynasty and the Tibetan Empire,and the plateau diseases and tactical mistakes were among the main reasons for the failure of the Tang forces,which was also an important reason for Tang forces being trapped in Qinghai and unable to go deep into the plateau.By re-analyzing the cold and altitude sickness from the modern medical concept,this paper studis the place where The Battle of Dafei River took place,so as to determine the actual impact of geographical environment and the constraints of the plateau environment on the Tang Dynasty and he Tibetan Empire.
