国产膜叶铁角蕨属叶表皮微形态特征及其生态适应

摘  要:膜叶铁角蕨属隶属于铁角蕨科,有大约50种,我国西南地区是该属植物的分布中心之一。截至目前,膜叶铁角蕨属的物种分类还存在重大争议,一些物种的界限还模糊不清,为了得到一个自然的分类系统,还需要对该属的分类鉴定做详细的研究。课题组在前人研究的基础上,对我国分布的膜叶铁角蕨属几个分支的代表物种的叶表皮微形态特征,包括叶表皮细胞形态特征、气孔形态特征及大小、气孔指数、叶脉密度和叶片厚度等进行了详细的观察和分析,探讨了各个形态特征在该属物种分类的作用及其生态适应。结果表明,膜叶铁角蕨属植物的叶表皮微形态特征在种间存在重大区别,可以作为部分物种的鉴定依据;部分特征变异具有连续性,反映了该属植物具有网状进化的现象;对特征相关性的分析显示气孔密度与分布海拔及叶脉密度与气孔形状呈显著相关,反映了该属植物的叶片形态特征对不同生长环境具有生态适应。Hymenasplenium belongs to the fern family Aspleniaceae.It has approximately 50 species with southwestern China as its one of the distribution center.So far,boundaries for several species in Hymenasplenium still remain unclear.Species numbers and taxono⁃my for this group of plants still need further study.In order to establish a natural classification for Hymenasplenium,traditional taxono⁃my researches are needed.In this study,we measured traits of sampled leaves from 10 Hymenasplenium representative species,which included epidermal cell shape,stomatal size and stomatal density,vein density and leaf thickness.The results showed that the morphol⁃ogy of fronds and pinnae are valuable characters to distinguish some species.Some characteristics are continuously variations which in⁃dicate reticulation in this genus.The leaf vein density was significantly correlated with stomatal shape and size,and several leaf traits,such as vein density,stomatal size and stomatal density,were significantly correlated indicating that the leaf traits of Hymenasplenium probably adapt to the change of environment.
