摘  要:为解决钢管混凝土配合比设计、钢管截面设计、质量保障措施等技术问题,介绍一种超高层钢管混凝土柱侧抛免振浇筑技术,利用超声波检测法验证其可靠性,并基于正交试验实现在核心区混凝土内生成随机缺陷,利用有限元计算分析缺陷率、缺陷形状和缺陷位置对钢管混凝土轴压承载能力的影响。结果表明,缺陷率对结构承载力影响最明显。该技术施工速度快、施工效率高,对泵送设备要求低。In order to solve technical problems such as concrete mix design, steel pipe section design and quality assurance measures, a side casting vibration-free pouring technology of concrete-filled steel tube column in super tall building is introduced. Its reliability is verified by ultrasonic detection method, and random defects are generated in the concrete core area based on orthogonal test. The effects of defect rate, defect shape and defect location on the axial compression bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular are analyzed by finite element calculation. The results show that the defect rate has the most obvious effect on the bearing capacity of the structure. This technology has the advantages of fast construction speed, high construction efficiency and low requirements for pumping equipment.
