摘 要:某铜冶炼厂鼓风炉水淬渣成分复杂,肉眼可见石英等硅酸盐类矿物及少量自然铜颗粒,铜矿物呈细粒不规则状嵌布,在-0.15 mm粒级有明显的富集现象,是试样中的有价成分。为确定该二次资源的合理选铜工艺,进行了选矿试验。结果表明:试样采用摇床重选工艺处理,无法获得富集或反富集产品;在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 85%条件下,采用2粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路浮选流程处理试样,可获得铜品位49.58%、回收率79.03%的铜精矿,尾矿铜品位降至0.40%。浮选工艺是该二次资源选铜的高效工艺。The composition of water quenched slag of blast furnace in a copper smelter is complex.Silicate minerals such as quartz and a small amount of natural copper particles can be seen with the naked eye.The copper ore is embedded in fine-grained and irregular shape,and there is obvious enrichment in the particle size of-0.15 mm.It is a valuable component in the sample.In order to determine the reason⁃able copper separation process of the secondary resource,beneficiation tests were carried out.The results showed that the enrichment or derichment products can not be obtained by shaking table gravity separation process.The copper concentrate with grade of 49.58% and recovery rate of 79.03% can be obtained by us⁃ing the closed-circuit flotation process with two roughing,three cleaning two scavenging,and sequential middling return,and the copper grade of tailings can be reduced to 0.40%.Flotation process is an efficient process for copper separation from the secondary resource.
