摘 要:脐疗艾灸通过在人体的黄金分割点─脐部进行艾灸,实现预防和治疗疾病。电子脐疗艾灸仪代替传统面团支撑艾炷阴燃实现治疗,可以实现无烟、便携和温度可量化等,对于中医量化有一定的推动作用。针对脐疗过程中加热系统可靠性要求高的特点,进行温度实时检测和监控尤为重要。本文基于多层壁导热理论、利用Ansys Icepak模块,对艾灸仪内部温度场进行仿真分析,并根据仿真结果对脐疗艾灸仪的结构进行优化,最终达到与艾炷阴燃相近的温度效果。Umbilical therapy and moxibustion use moxibustion at the golden section of the human body─the umbilicus to prevent and treat diseases.The electronic umbilical therapy moxibustion device replaces the traditional dough to support the moxa smoldering treatment.It can be smokeless,portable and temperature quantifiable.It has a certain promotion effect on the quantification of Chinese medicine.In view of the high reliability requirements of the heating system during umbilical therapy,real-time temperature detection and monitoring are particularly important.Based on the theory of multi-wall heat conduction and using the Ansys Icepak module,this paper simulates and analyzes the internal temperature field of the moxibustion device and optimizes the structure of the moxibustion device for umbilical therapy based on the simulation results,and finally achieves a temperature efect similar to that of moxibustion.
