摘 要:金属垫片被广泛地用于高温、高压、强腐蚀介质的法兰联接中,其力学性能影响着法兰联接强度和密封性能。本文通过建立螺栓-法兰-垫片联接系统的有限元模型,分析了预紧状态和工作状态平面金属垫片的应力应变,并研究了影响其力学性能的关键参数。结果显示:金属垫片Von Mises应力、轴向应变、接触应力及工作状态下有效接触宽度均随着螺栓预紧力和介质压力增加而增大;金属垫片与法兰面之间的摩擦因数为0.1~0.3之间时,对垫片应力应变影响较小;垫片材料弹性模量值越大,其Von Mises应力值和接触应力值越大。Metallic gasket is widely used in flange connection of high temperature,high pressure and strong corrosion medium,its mechanical performance affects the strength and sealing performance of the flange connection.The finite element model of bolt-flange-gasket was established by using finite element method.The stress and strain of plane metallic gasket were analyzed,and key parameters that influence the mechanical properties of metallic gasket were studied.The results show that high stress area of the gasket appears in the outer circumferential,and the circumferential outer occurred plastic deformation firstly.The Von Mises stress,axial strain capacity,contact stress and effective contact width in work condition are increase along with the bolt pre-tightening force and medium pressure increase.The friction factor is between 0.1 and 0.3,has a smaller influence on stress and strain of the gasket.The larger elastic modulus of the gasket,the bigger the Von Mises stress and contact stress.
