摘　　要：研究分析了脉冲MAG气保焊,标准弧长的检测方法,当外界发生扰动时如果设定电压发生变化或焊接过程中干伸长变化时,对弧长的影响及调整方法。标准弧长是指在没有电流电压反馈即不调整任何脉冲波形参数,实际焊接电流等于设定电流时,调整干伸长(伸出长度)使弧长合适,此时的弧长、平均电压、包括峰基值电压、峰基值电流、峰值时间、上升下降斜率、脉冲周期等波形参数作为标准值。当设定电压不等于标准电压时,调整峰值时间、峰值电流使峰值电压与标准模式下的峰值电压相当,实际焊接平均电压与设定电压相当,此时弧长与标准弧长一致。当检测到平均电流与设定电流不一致时,认为实际使用的干伸长发生了变化,此时调整峰基值电流、脉冲周期等参数,使实际焊接平均电压与设定电压相当,峰值电压与由于设定电压变化调整后的峰值电压相当,则认为弧长保持一致。This paper studies and analyzes the detection method of standard arc length in pulse MAG gas shielded welding,the influence of external disturbance,such as the change of set voltage or the change of dry elongation in the welding process,on the arc length and the adjustment method.Standard arc length means that when there is no current and voltage feedback,i.e.no pulse waveform parameters are adjusted.When the actual welding current is equal to the set current,adjust the dry elongation length to make the arc length appropriate.At this time,the arc length,average voltage,including peak base voltage,peak base current,peak time,rise and fall slope,pulse period and other waveform parameters are used as standard values.When the set voltage is not equal to the standard voltage,adjust the peak time and peak current to make the peak voltage equal to the peak voltage in the standard mode,and the actual average welding voltage equal to the set voltage.At this time,the arc length is consistent with the standard arc length.When it is detected that the average current is inconsistent with the set current,it is considered that the dry elongation actually used has changed.At this time,adjust the peak base current,pulse period and other parameters to make the actual welding average voltage equal to the set voltage,and the peak voltage equal to the peak voltage adjusted due to the change of the set voltage,it is considered that the arc length is consistent.
