摘  要:蓄电池是地铁车辆辅助供电系统重要组成部分,蓄电池故障导致列车无法正常启动。针对某地铁车辆蓄电池激活30 s即断电的问题,通过接线排查、触点排查、示波记录仪测试等方法分析断电原因,设计了网络采集回路与自保持回路分离的激活保护电路,借助二极管的整流功能,限制电流的反向传导,从根本上避免了故障的再次发生,保障了列车的运营安全。该研究为车辆蓄电池故障排查、电路设计及应用提供了借鉴。The battery is an important part of the auxiliary power supply system of metro vehicles,and the failure of the battery causes the train can not start normally.Aiming at the problem that the battery of a metro vehicle is powered off when it is activated for 30s,the causes of power failure are analyzed by wiring investigation,contact investigation,oscillograph test and other methods,and an activation protection circuit is designed to separate the network acquisition circuit from the self holding circuit.With the rectifier function of diode,the reverse conduction of current is limited,which fundamentally avoids the recurrence of the fault and ensures the safety of the train Operation safety.The research provides a reference for vehicle battery troubleshooting,circuit design and application.
