摘  要:机油消耗是发动机设计、制造水平的综合体现,如何精确测量一台发动机的机油消耗量尤为重要,本文对传统的重力测量法和新型的硫平衡测量法进行对比分析其优缺点。考虑测量成本、测量精度和测量范围,提出了在发动机不同开发阶段机油消耗量测量需求选择合适的测量方法。在发动机设计初期,大概了解发动机的机油消耗水平时采用简单易操作的传统重力测量法;而在最终评价发动机机油消耗量指标时采用精度相对比较高、评价范围比较广的新型硫平衡测量法。The oil consumption is the comprehensive embodiment of the engine design and manufacturing level,how to accurately measure the oil consumption of an engine is particularly important,this paper compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional gravity measurement method and the new sulfur balance measurement method.Considering the measurement cost,measurement precision and measurement range,a suitable measurement method is proposed to measure the oil consumption in different development stages of the engine.In the early stage of engine design,the traditional gravity measurement method is simple and easy to operate when the oil consumption level of the engine can be roughly understood.In the final evaluation of engine oil consumption index,a new sulfur balance measurement method with relatively high accuracy and wide evaluation range is adopted.
