摘  要:为了提高液压平衡阀的控制精度,通过新增流量测试环节利用非线性阀口开口的方式来补偿流量产生增益,设计了一种具有自适应节流阀的液压平衡阀。该平衡阀能够根据不同工况条件适应负载变化的液压平衡阀遇到节流口流量变化时,同样会导致流量发生改变。研究结果表明:新平衡阀在不同流量下可以快速根据流量差异调节控制压力,从而防止因为流量差异而出现负载失速下滑情况。随着流量的提高,流量活塞受到作用后发生往左运动的过程,由此形成了更大的节流阀阀芯开口面积,达到自适应流量变化。In order to improve the control precision of the hydraulic balance valve,a kind of hydraulic balance valve with adaptive throttle valve was designed by adding a flow test link to compensate the flow and generate gain by using the way of nonlinear valve opening.The balance valve can adapt to the change of load according to different working conditions of the hydraulic balance valve encounter throttle port flow change,the flow will also lead to change.The research results show that the new balance valve can quickly adjust and control the pressure according to the flow difference at different flow rates,so as to prevent the load stall slide due to the flow difference.With the increase of the flow rate,the flow piston moves to the left after being acted on,thus forming a larger opening area of the throttle valve core,and achieving the self-adaptive flow rate change.
