摘  要:针对薄壁GH4169镍基高温合金切削加工后表面残余应力大导致表面质量差的问题,研究了切削参数和刀具几何角度对已加工表面残余应力大小及其沿深度方向变化分布的影响规律,通过最小二乘法对所得结果进行了数值分析,侧重筛选对残余应力影响较大的因素,进而采用正交实验法和极差分析法分析刀具前角、后角对已加工表面残余应力的影响规律。结果表明,工件表面残余应力沿层深呈现典型的“勺型”分布。最大残余拉应力受刀具前角影响最大,且随前角的增大迅速增大,受刀具后角影响次之,随后角的增大增长缓慢;前角为-5°时,残余拉应力最小;刀具后角为0°时,残余拉应力最小。所得结果验证了基于最小二乘法的已加工表面残余应力分析结论。Aiming at the problem that the surface quality of thin-wall GH4169 nickel-based superalloy is poor due to the large surface residual stress after cutting process.The effects of cutting parameters and tool geometric angle on the magnitude of machined surface residual stress and its distribution with depth are studied.The numerical analysis of the results is carried out by least square method.The factors that affects residual stress are screened.The effect of tool rake angle on the residual stress of machined suface is carried with the method of orthogonal experiment and range analysis.The final results show that the residual stress on the surface of the workpiece presents a typical″spoon″distribution along the depth of the layer.The maximum residual tensile stress is most affected by the front angle of the tool,and increases rapidly with the increase of the front angle,followed by the influence of the back angle of the tool,and then increases slowly with the increase of the back angle.When the leading angle is-5°,the residual tensile stress is the least.When the back angle of the tool is 0°,the residual tensile stress is the least.The result of surface residual stress analysis is verified based on the least squares method.
