摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎是一种以骶髂关节和脊柱附着点炎症为主要症状的慢性炎症性疾病。阎小萍教授将强直性脊柱炎与中医病名“大偻”相对应,阎教授认为大偻病因众多,病机复杂,病情多变,究其原因不仅肾督病变,还涉及膀胱经、肝经、脾经、胆经、肺经等多条经脉,故提出了“循经辨证法”,将药物与经络相结合,引药入经,直达病所,临床治疗大偻疗效显著。Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that primarily affects the spine and sacroiliac joints.Professor Yan Xiaoping first proposed the TCM disease name of Ankylosing Spondylitis-which corresponds to“Dalv”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Yan believes that the disease has many causes,complicated pathogenesis,and changeable conditions.The reason is not only a renal disease,but also involves bladder meridian.There are many meridians involved such as the Liver Meridian,Spleen Meridian,Gallstone Meridian,Lung Meridian,and so on.Therefore,the“Meridians transmission syndrome differentiation”is proposed,which combines drugs with meridians in clinical practice,and introduces meridians into the meridian.
