摘  要:人未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟技术(IVM)是目前国际辅助生殖的前沿技术,但仍存在卵子成熟率及成熟后体外受精(IVF)率低等问题,因此,在IVM实施过程中明确影响卵母细胞成熟以及IVF后胚胎发育的因素尤为关键。人未成熟卵母细胞可在自然周期、促性腺激素刺激周期发育成熟。目前辅助受孕途径多样,且具有治疗简单、药物使用少、卵巢过度刺激综合征发生风险低等优势,为保存女性生育力提供了保障。未来,进一步明确影响IVM妊娠结局的因素、扩大IVM临床应用范围,可以为优化辅助生殖技术提供新的研究方向。In vitro maturation(IVM)of human immature oocytes is currently the cutting-edge technology of international assisted reproduction,but there are still problems such as low egg maturation rate and low rate of in vitro fertilization(IVF)after maturation,therefore,it is particularly critical to clarify the factors that affect oocyte maturation and embryonic development after IVF during in vitro maturation technology.Human immature oocytes can develop and mature in the natural cycle and the gonadotropin-stimulated cycle.At present,there are various ways of assisted conception,and it has the advantages of simple treatment,less drug use,and low risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,which provides a guarantee for the preservation of female fertility.In the future,clarifying the factors affecting the pregnancy outcome of IVM and expanding the scope of clinical application of IVM can provide new research directions for optimizing assisted reproductive technology.
