舒芬太尼在围手术期器官保护中的研究进展

摘　　要：手术应激可导致全身组织及器官出现不同程度的损伤,麻醉医师在保障患者围手术期安全的基础上,会采取不同措施对重要器官进行保护,以提高患者远期预后。目前,麻醉药物的围手术期器官保护作用已成为国内外学者研究的重点。而舒芬太尼是手术期常用的阿片类镇痛药物,其主要通过激动μ受体而产生镇痛效果。舒芬太尼可通过抑制氧化应激和细胞凋亡等途径减轻不同组织的细胞损伤,从而发挥器官保护效应,包括脑、心脏、肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、肠道等。因此,未来深入了解舒芬太尼的器官保护机制和临床合理应用,对于降低器官损伤发生率和促进患者预后具有重要意义。Surgical stress may induce different degrees of damage of tissues and organs,and anesthesiologists will take different measures to protect vital organs on the basis of ensuring the perioperative safety of patients,so as to improve the long-term prognosis of the patients.At present,the perioperative organ protection effect of anesthetic drugs has become a focus at home and abroad.Notablely,sufentanil is an opioid analgesic drug based on activation ofμreceptor,which is commonly used during operation.Sufentanil shows the capacity to block cellular damage in various tissues by inhibiting oxidative stress and apoptosis,and plays a protective role in important organs such as brain,heart,liver,lung,kidney and intestine.Thus,in-depth understanding of the organ protection mechanism and rational clinical application of sufentanil in the future is of great significance for reducing the incidence of organ injury and promoting the prognosis of the patients.
