摘 要:针对当前钻井液测量中无法实现在线测量、工作量大及存在操作误差等问题,提出一种钻井液流变性在线测量装置。通过测量钻井液在不同管径下的压力损失,结合质量流量计所测得的数据,上传到上位机进行处理,从而得到钻井液的各项流变性能参数。试验研究结果表明:对钻井液流变性测量试验平台进行数据测量精度对比试验,与现阶段的API 2003的钻井液流变性测量结果相差无几,其误差在3%以内;在对钻井液密度及黏度变化情况下的试验平台实时测量中,所得结果与不间断采样的旋转黏度计测量数据几乎相同,其误差在4%以内。该钻井液流变性在线测量装置对钻井完井自动化进程有着较好的推动作用,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。Aiming at some problems such as unable to realize online measurement,heavy workload and operation error in current drilling fluid measurement,a device for online measurement of drilling fluid rheology was proposed.By means of measuring the pressure loss of drilling fluid under different pipe diameters,and combined with the data measured by mass flowmeter,the data were uploaded to the host computer for processing to obtain the rheological performance parameters of drilling fluid.The experimental study results show that the data measurement accuracy of the drilling fluid rheology measurement test platform is similar to that of API 2003 at present,and the error is within 3%;in the real-time measurement of the test platform in the case of changes in drilling fluid density and viscosity,the obtained results are almost the same as the measured data of the continuously sampled rotary viscosimeter,and the error is within 4%.The research conclusions have a good role in promoting the process of drilling and completion automation,and have obvious social and economic benefits.
