摘  要:随着油气勘探开发不断向深井、超深井以及深水领域迈进,固井作业面临着施工压力高、作业危险大以及劳动强度高等实际安全隐患问题,因此,采用自动化和智能化技术手段实现传统固井作业及工具设备的远程智能操控的需求日趋显现。从传统固井作业井口装置出发,结合现场实际需求开展了井口自动注水泥器、井下工具在线检测系统以及上扣扭矩检测系统的研究,初步实现了固井井口装置部分功能智能化。原理样机的测试结果证明,所研制的系统样机达到了一定的自动化和智能化程度,可为后续固井井口装置及作业流程全面实现自动化、智能化以及相关设备的研制提供技术参考。As the oil and gas exploration and development continuously stride forward towards deep wells, ultra-deep wells and deep-water areas, the cementing operations are faced with practical security risks such as high construction pressure, high operation risk and high labor intensity;therefore, the demand for using automatic and intelligent technology to realize remote intelligent control of traditional cementing operations, tools and equipment is becoming increasingly apparent. In this paper, starting from the traditional cementing wellhead device, combined with the actual needs of the well site, the research on the wellhead automatic cementing device, the on-line detection system of downhole tools and the make-up torque detection system was carried out, and the intelligence of some functions of the cementing wellhead device was preliminarily realized. The test results of the principle prototype show that the developed system prototype has reached a certain degree of automation and intelligence, which provides technical reference for the fully realization of automation and intelligence of cementing wellhead device, and operation process as well as the development of related equipment.
